Question by Mr. LOL: Should all professional athletes have a standard consensual sex agreement form?
With all the problems that professional athletes have with civil lawsuits (i.e. Rothlisburger), should they have a standard form that a woman sign before sex that says it was consensual?
Would such a thing hold up in court?

It would not hold up in court. You can never really prove consent. The other party can argue that you forced them so sign it.
It is a really crappy situation because you cannot prove consent, anything you think you can use as proof, text messages, signed documents, videos, anything, the other party can always say you forced them to do that. Unfortunate, but true.
Morale of the story, dont eff around, because if she wants something from you, whe'll get it.
